thank you all! We have HUGE plans for the SBDC and in what it can and will bring to my local economy. If you live in other states I encourage you to think about starting the same.. I would be willing to share my business model and perhaps website to use for other regions. I want to take over the world.. mwaahahaha!! jk.. but really.. its eminent! Later! -
I did some research.. a card should convey a message.. command the reader to take action.. a business card is your least expensive, most effective for reaching the buyer, and easy to have on hand.. make it the best ad for your business possible.. make sure it is double sided. www.gotprint.com is the best price for card.. super gloss on both sides.. 2000 cards for $45 - full color

search the wrap design on this forum with the search function above. The space is 2 rooms, 10'x20' each, second room is used for storage and wood working tools. New pictures will be up soon.. We added ALOT to it.. the finished shop looks great at the moment, planning to paint it very soon. The FEW logo was designed by them. ---------- Someone stole my radar detector and my phone out of my car at 1am tonight at my new shop. This sucks... oh well..

Solution.... OFFER ALL CUSTOMERS - Two for the price of ONE! They will be investing in ways to get more out of their money! Offer a FREE duplicate or choose from a set of pre-made designs. I think that will earn some respect! -

Did #7 - 14" x 30" .040 Aluminum Signs - White applied for background then Red, Blue, Yellow and Black. Cut the corners off the sign. $428 for the whole deal,.. Blanks cost me $68.20 - Not a bad spread..

I have my blanks cut at a local metal fab shop.. cut the corners myself.. lol I try to do as little as possible, for as much as possible.

I have never had a problem with applying vinyl to the substrate. I usually get mill aluminum.. which has no enamel surfaces, saves money! It will still work just as well with the enamel. Don't you guys worry about a thing. Just be sure to thoroughly clean the surface of the metal first. Usually the problem with metal signs is that you get oils on the signs and will not come off too easily because of the porous texture of the signs, which could lead to bubbling. Hope that helps!
