  1. I've been able to edit a ton of fonts- now the nodes aren't showing up on the font. There's two little boxes at the bottom of the letter, but that's it. Did I change some setting to make it do this? Is there any way to get it back? Thanks!

    chandelier vector

Hi! You all have been SO good to me. I've been looking all over for a simple chandelier vector and can't find one. If you might have one and would be willing to share I would REALLY appreciate it. I'd also be willing to trade for some font design work, if you need it done. Thanks a bunch.

    Best Oracal Matte Black

I've bought a bunch of different kinds of orcal black vinyl. It's been a while. I know I bought some matte black that SUCKED to work with and had to buy a different type of application tape and whatnot. It was aweful. I can't remember which type of oracal black that was. I need MATTE black, but don't want to buy that crap again. Anyone know the easy kind of oracal matte black to buy? This is rambly. Sorry.
  5. I killed my Corel Draw program. Charges are pending. If you can turn this into a vector for me you'd be a rock star. And that is huge. Really. It is. You don't need to clean it up or anything, I can do that in sign blazer. I just need to be able to play with it. I know we should be able to vectorize in signblazer, but it's never worked for me. I just need the arrow part vectorized, not the wording. It's not a copyrighted image. Thanks a bunch. You're the best. I'm pretty sure.

Will someone vectorize this for me?

    Thank you so so much!
  7. I would like to do something akin to the 'wall words' type business from my home. I have a lot of ideas of things I can do with a vinyl cutter, but as this is my first time trying anything of the sort, I'm very very nervous. I don't have a lot of money, and I really can't risk losing. I have a child with autism, and much of what I'm going to be doing will relate to earning money for that and to raise awareness. That being said, what would the best cutter be for me? Is it a lot of money to start up- with the vinyl and all? has anyone else here done this? Is there someone from Western Washington that is already doing this and would like some help? Also, has anyone cut cardstock with a vinyl cutter? Does it work? I'd like to be able to use it for my scrapbooking and card making too. If anyone could find it in their heart to help me with this, I would really really appreciate this. I'm excited to get started and really need a way to earn a little extra. Thanks a bunch! lexi

    Cherry blossom

just take the existing flowers off. Also, you can copy and paste the same branches over and over again, shrinking or elongating them to make a bunch. I did it in my house. branch.SBD branch.SBD
  12. I just wanted to do some shirts for my husband for Christmas. I bought a vinyl sample (I do indoor vinyl for homes...none of this clothing stuff) but didn't realize I'd need a heat press. Can I just use an iron if it's only for a few applications? Will it not work with my regular application tape? I might just be SOL on this one. Any help for an idiot friend will be greatly appreciated.

How do YOU charge for vinyl Graphics

I'll charge more or less depending on the difficulty of the weeding as well. If someone wants something supersmall, I add a surcharge. I'll charge less if the thing is huge and super easy to weed.

    A very overwhelmed cutter buyer!!

I have the MH721 and use it for the very same reason you do. I was hoping to pay it off in the first year- and with minimal effort I paid it off in six months flat. It's a great deal. I've used it just about nonstop for the past year and a half and have had a great time with it. It's easy to use, and does a great job. The blades for it are cheap, too. If you need help- let me know. I do more indoor things, which is getting more popular all of the time. It's well worth it.
