Did you have the cutter stand grounded to the cutter? Submit a support ticket they will have you check the carriage and the probably replace the motherboard http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit -

Trick is hitting the right temperature over the entire surface of the graphic

in a year when the current cutter has made you some money move up a little and sell the old one! keep it up for a couple 3 years and you will be at the top of the heap wanting a eco printer!

I am sure someone on here will do it for you but if you don't want to take the time and want a great job done at a reasonable price try a member that goes by drakesis. 9.00 per hr and does a great job. to do it yourself try inkscape

When you enter the cutting portion of signblazer are all 3 of the weed options unclicked?

problem with static is more on long cuts - also on the copams their was a problem with the dreaded line of death similar to this and the fix was to go flexi starter

2 choices - have the rollers outside f the cutting area or buy a more expensive cutter. They do go away when applied though

O would guarantee the lamination - these were not like the solvent or eco sol printers! and if it has the hp style carts as one f the versions had it ddin't even have the option of the go+ inks -

company later sold to Kodak - is a 300 dpi printer hd two versions, one version did have Go+ inks available for printing outdoor stuff. check out global printing supplies to see cost of supplies. If it hasn't been used for a couple of months plan on new cartridges, etc -
Cutting Heat Press Vinyl

heat press vinyl is pretty thin material and you only cut thru the vinyl leaving the backing material - which is removed after heat pressing. You aren't trying to cut thru the backing are you?
