NO Starter kit, get some oracal vinyl - perfect tear apptape, squeegees, cutting mat and an xacto knife and possibly a rotary cutter from walmart!..Stay with the brand name vinyls and you won't be sorry. Oracal, FDC, Avery, etc. House brands of vinyl are hit and miss

Looks pretty on the web site though . . . nether have I -
pretty much any cutter would work for what you want - as always the more expensive like graphtec is easier to work with and has better cuts. I started with a p-cut though

JPSS is for desktop inkjet. That's what I thought too - this thread is about an eco sol printer! -
