Which software are you using? I use the OM-60 drivers on my copam with flexi and signblazer - much better than the copam drivers

have had bot a pcut and refine and they worked ok - now using a copam and recommend it if you have the funds! does smaller stuff much better. somewhere in the future hope to move to a graphtec

Just got back in from the vacation to Hawaii and couldn't believe the day. first Budget couldn't find in their system where we had prepaid for the car so had to pay again. second went to terminal to check in and Northwest had rescheduled us on Delta and they couldn't find where that was prepaid - after 2 hrs they sent us to the gate to wait for the tickets to be cleared and was stopped by a security guard that would not let us talk to the counter until right before we were finally allowed to depart- whew. Now when we got to LA they said our tickets had been cancelled - but was able to reinstate them on a full plane in about 30 min. - plane was late getting into LA so they rushed us on and off to Detroit to wait for the puddle jumper to Kalamazoo . Finally got to Kazoo tonight and they have lost all 5 bags and do not show where they were ever scanned in at all today. to top it off we forgot to take the cash out of 1 suitcase and carry it. We booked this trip thru American Express in November and have had 1-3 changes in flights a week since then with several dropped flights during the 7+ months - what a way to end it!!!!! Hoping they find the luggage with the Money, Kona coffee, and several pounds of chocolate covered nuts that should be melted when and if they arrive. at this point I cannot recommend the NEW Delta/Northwest Merger to anyone unless I had evil intent - and after not sleeping tot a day and a half I think I will wait until I rest to call them again. PS Thanks to a special member for some great advice while there!!!

Now thats a whole different story - if you know you have the wrong item and use it anyways = using the entire roll then you must have not thought it was that bad. I nyour example if I eat the tofu taco it must have been ok or I would not have eaten it all - just a bite!

got a decal from a dealer that had app tape on it and needed to scan it - I just wet the tape and removed the app tape before scanning the decal. Worked great!

simple fix would be to reset the origin by holding the enter key beyond the first image so the cutter will start to the left of the first one. I agree that if you want multiples to set that up in the software but sometimes it's just quicker to reset the origin if you think of it afterwards or you have to make a correction after cutting the first one. Bit of a cheat but works

I have to agree with the plastisol transfers - I just did a load of shirts for my daughter before our vacation for 3 different classes and if she had given me more htan a weeks notice I definatly would have don transfers - the plastisol looks great and is much quicker. after weeding all of these in florecent green and glitter red (especially the red) I have greatly encouraged her to give me more notice next time before she sells shirts. - she also asked a price genericly before the orders and I told her I would do a simple design for 10.00 to 12.00. - Her design included a full front graphic, full back graphic, one at the hem and one on the sleave for the one shirt alone. OMG she is now to present her desings before pricing! if I had screened them it would have been ok but with the material and shirts if I had not gotten a deal on the glitter red I would have been paying them to take the shirts

even if they waned to see if it was defecive they could just request you send a sample for the price of a stamp! if they want the roll I agree with the call tag for pick up!

if post aren't positive will they be locked? I had problems with my first cutter and Ken made it right, my refine was great and my copam has been so far . . .but I am watching how things have changed and wonder if we are in a world of censorship. Used to be only religion and politics were taboo on the forum. what is the current direction of service?

Not trying ot make anyone defensive - and I agree that senn really needs to post a better vid showing a longer peice feeding thru. But as they say the real test of ones character is not if they do the right thing when everyone is watching but if they do the right thing when nobody is watching. with major changes several people are watching to see the direction things take, this just happens to be an early situation that is being watched. several friends have been staying away feeling the forum is less friendly. this is too bad as this has been a great place for everyone to hang out as friends in a friendly envioronment. I hope this atmosphere returns so everyone else will come back to play. With 24 years working in a negative envionment for my main job I have become a little outspoken when other people may be less likely to say anything. If I didn't care I would just go away as some others have, but I hope this becomes a positive place again. with the great service we have came to expect from past situations. with that said - how bout a better vid senn???

I am only dropping in once in a while - while on vacation but seems post are way down too. Time of year or symptom?
