I wanted to know if the printer you are using has dye ink instead of pigment ink - that could be the problem. pigment inks hold up better and do not color shift as some dye ink will.

Copam is a big leap in cutters but does not do contour- again someone on here figured out how to contour cut without a laser but I don't know how. the leap for contour cutting goes from Laserpoint to Graphtec - 1000 difference unless you can score a good used one

Just received Sunie press...question?!
Dakotagrafx replied to JLDesigns's topic in Clamshell Heat Press Discussion or Support
when down it should not wobble at all - if it does still too much pressure - but if you cannot get the handle all the way down then I would guess it has too much pressure to get to the locking point -
I am thinking one of the solid plastic substrates would be good. can't remember the name of it but saw it at alpine one day

either too much pressure or not enough - if the handle goes parallel to the work surface then add pressure -

for a church 50.00 -
The heat press vinyl is different - look for easyweed to start Yes it will cut the vinyl fine Contour cutting is to cut around a printed image - p-cut does not do this (there is a work around out there that people use to do it) - laserpoint does it manually and the Graphtecs and Rolands do it automatically (for a much greater price p-cut great choice for a starter
