Well.. there wasn't a slip in the sleeve & it wasn't written anywhere on it. Do I just hang on now & wait to be able to ask someone for assistance? All of my e-mails were rejected. *super sad face*

I have SignBlazer loaded onto my computer but cannot get past the registration to get my activation code. I am up to the section where it is calling for the "software serial number." Where is this located? I have looked on every inch of everything that I received from US Cutter but have not seen a software serial code. Please assist.

I cannot load the SignBlazer software that came with my cutter. Can anyone recommend a GOOD yet EASY to use program (other than SignBlazer) to use with my cutter so I can get to cuttin'?

It does run in trial mode... but I thought you cannot use all of the features in trial mode. And does trial mode only work for a certain amount of time or uses?

I cannot get past the activation code. To get an activation code it wants me to enter a "software serial number." I cannot locate this number anywhere. There is a blank section on my cd which looks like it might have gone there... but it's blank. I e-mailed support but haven't heard anything... and want to print "oh so badly."

The driver is working now but the Signblazer program isn't recognizing it.

Vinyl cutter model: MF721 Date purchased (Date is best, otherwise month and year): July 2008 Connection method (USB, serial, Parallel): USB Software (Signcut, Artcut, Flexi, etc): SignBlazer Operating system: Windows Vista Material: Vinyl if I can get it to work... I just got my MF721 but am unable to install (or have the pc recognize) the driver. I went through most of the obvious steps but the pc will not recognize the cutter. Is this cutter able to be used with Vista? Is there something I need to try? Please help me figure this out so I do not have to send the cutter back... :'(

Well... I'm pretty good at trying... and an expert at error. So trial & error might be right up my alley. Signblazer... here I come! ...and 500 feet of wasted vinyl later...

Well... I'm doing a lot of reading... but where / how do I start? Did "you guys" learn by reading the forums, did someone give you hands on training, are you just naturally vinyl smart?
