Hi could do with some help all of a sudden my pinch rollers have started to play up when i start cutting they move back and forth about a mm so dont feed the vinyl so it just cuts one long line then when i move it forward by myself it goes backwards and vice versa might be nothing but kind of new to this so would appreciate any help you guys can offer thanks

hi i have a keyspan adapter but still doing it like i said if i do a design 500mm x 500mm its fine but when i go bigger thats when it starts doing it

does this sound wierd i can cut plenty of designs 500mm x 500mm but when i go to cut one at 1000mm x 500mm it starts doing random lines again

ive been using it since september never had a problem until now

cheers just doing my head in as i have loads of work to do and cant do anything

i aint got sure cuts a lot i have signblazer and signcut doing it on both

hi im having some problems my cutter is doing random lines everywhere i tried it with the pen and still did it i changed the motherboard still doing it i have a keyspan adapter still doing it would like some help if anyone knows as the people at uscutter just seem to ignore me many thanks

im losing it now i tried it with the pen still made lines i just earthed it did a small cut worked ok did a bigger one cut random lines again just put a new motherboard in aswell losing vinyl here

The base plate of the plotter has an earth wire. when the plotter sits on it, any static electricity produced is transferred this is what i got of the company i got it from i thought it only gets static when the vinyl moves i have done many jobs without the vinyl to see if it is the static and it still stops my cutter only stops because signblazer has stopped sending the work to the cutter
