Thank you, guys. Ken called me last night and walked me through the problem which was, indeed the port. Of course, it was all messed up again when I restarted it, but at least now I know how to fix it. cindi

Hi I am not new to cutters. Had Rolands and Graphtecs in the past. I still have a small Roland.......retired....missed it. Anyway, I just bought and set up a creative Pcut 24' Everything seems to be hooked up and installed. I am using a laptop with Vista USB I am using the Flexi starter that came in the box. I have Flexi 7 if I need to use it ...usually just use it for the production manager. When I hit cut, it loads and says cutting 0%....then I get the error box that says runtime error,. I ran a registry fix and rebooted, but it still does it. Help please. Cindi

Hi, I am not new to cutters or the sign business, but I am new to knowing about UScutter. I have had Graphtec and Rolands (both cut and print) in the past....I sold a business, retired, and got rid of all of my machines....now here I am looking for another. I think it is in my blood. I like to trace. I am now a full time RVer, traveling around the US and all I have with me is a 15 inch Roland Stika. I think I need a 24 inch so I can set up at flea markets etc. Cindi
