    It seems as though I did indeed need all three rollers on the media. After I did that I was able to detect the media size. Thanks everyone!

    Hi All, Just upgraded my CE5000-60 to a CE6000-120. My CE500 would detect the media width, but the CE600 is not. Any ideas on this? I'm using 24" media roll. I'm also only using the far right, and middle roller. I have the left roller all the way to the left and unused.
