  1. I mean it, sincerely, I've looked at your other photos posted in the gallery section, and overall, you totally "get  it"  and know how to take advantage of the capabilities of your cutter.

    Your work is indeed impressive.

Really, those sunglasses, oh my !!!!

Thanks! One of my first jobs at the age of 16 was working in sign shop and I loved it so much I continued to work at other shops while in school for the digital arts.  11 years later I started Sticky Pie.  I'm almost a year in and its been super fun. Those sunglasses were a gift and she loved them!

    I have a 24" Graphtec CE5000-60 and its pretty amazing :)

  2. You are my hero.

If anyone wants to know what a vinyl cutter is capable of and view some terrific examples of creativity and fun art, along with a great business sense ---- StickyPie, you are it!!!

I appreciate this chance you've provided us to glimpse your world.

    Rock on!

Thanks so much.  I appreciate it :)

  3. How did you get the vinyl to contour to the helmets. heat stretch? just curious is all.

Yea, on some of the designs I do a wet application but most of these I lay very carefully and sometimes in pieces.

  4. I would love the revolvers as well. My sons mother is big into cowboy mounted shooting and I know I could use this.

And that horse shoe as well if you dont mind. I really like that. :)

I'm still new on here. How can send it to you?

  5. Ohh I wish I was that fancy. It's a crappy photo taken with my iphone so it's very pixalated. It's a bright red decal.

Thats greenstar? Why does it look like it has metal flake in it? Did you shoot flake and then clear over it?

  6. Thanks! I used some low quality vinyl my that my cutter came with. I did a wet application. Took me a few tries to get it just right.

what kinda vinyl are you using to curve like that....looks awesome

  7. I didn't use heat. I'm still new. How would I use heat to help contour? Blow dryer?

With a little heat you can get any decent vinyl to follow a contour like that although Cast works the best for contours.
