I'd also like the Revolver artwork, if you're willing to give it out one more time

    MH 871...Really that bad? HELP!

hmmmm, I swear my Buad was supposed to be 9600...but that one says otherwise, anybody have a suggestion to just delete everything so i can start all over? Ive tried deleting the device before but it just pops back up once i plug it back in..
  5. posted a couple days ago about a bad signcut test cut...connected a serial to serial to a desktop computer..tried it out and still the same result. I was A LOT closer this time but still didn't cut correctly. This is my second MH871. I was hoping to get a couple more jobs done and make enough money to upgrade, but can't figure out why both cutters are having this problem...I've tried switching blade offsets. If anyone has suggestions, feel free to shoot away. I feel like I've tried everything! I've also tried both SignCut and SignBlazer, both have the same end effect.
  6. on a side note, upgraded sign cut and it helped out my problem a lot! it still switches 90degrees at the very end, hopefully my new connection will help out though!
  7. Thats a possibility, where the Language setting?
  8. Thats exactly the answer I needed!!!! THANK YOU!!!
  9. Is there any other possible ways to connect? I have a newer laptop that only has USB, HDMI, and a Monitor port...no Serial connection..Any suggestions? like i said, Fonts and other small images work fine, I assumed the Gigaware was the same adapter as the one sold on the USCutter website.
  10. sorry, meant to put that. I am using a Gigaware Serial Cable. (USB to 9 pin serial connector).
  11. I just got a brand new MH871-MK2 in the mail today, I had the same problem with my last one. Has anyone ever had this before. Text logos print just fine, but when I try plotting a large logo it cuts half of it, rotates and finishes the other half. I thought it was just an artwork problem until I tried the signcut logo...it cuts half then rotates 90degrees and finishes the rest...I've tried countless blade offset settings, and an unkown amount of "cutter settings" to figure it out. I'm guessing I toggled something I shouldnt have, but dont know what it was! Is my Tile size set too small compared the the image size? Any help is greatly appeciated. Thanks!

    Bad Test Cut

So my problem came back...won't cut my test pattern of a star correctly. Checked the tracking and its on line this time. I am using a US Cutter MH-871-MK2. Went out and bought a Gigaware Serial cable thinking it would fix the problem (instead of a USB connection). but the problem came back. I am using Corel Draw and Sign Cut. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check? Or have had this problem before? I'm starting to think deleting everything and setting it up from scratch might be my best bet!

    Bad Test Cut

Thanks. The Carriage came undone from the belt, thats why the star wasnt done correctly. Back in business. Im sure i'll be back with some more dumb questions soon tho.
