You can remove that drive and install it into your PC as a slave drive to see if that works! 50/50 chance that the controller in that external went bad, not the drive itself!!

I've had some requests for Banners that require photo quality or a 4-color process which I don't have the equipment to do. other that what I can do with vinyl. I'm looking for a source for outsourcing these requests, so I don't have to turn down customers and lose money. Any Suggestions?

New PCUT owner, trying to use my pcut for the first time, and it seems to cut weaker from the right and as the blade moves to the center it starts to cut deeper?!! I try to adjust, but then it cuts through the vinyl when it gets toward the middle? How can I adjust this?
