anil cs

hi..... I am from India my copam cp 4050 not initializing. when I start the plotter everything is coming normal. when I press the messure button carriage moving to other side but its does'nt stops there. its hitting on plotter body and making big noice. what could be the problem? media width sensor failed or else? suggestions highly appreciated................................thanks

I am anil from india and new to this forum my copam 4050 plotter getting starting problem on carriage. when I start the machine it moves from starting point but it does'nt stops on other side its hiting on the plotter body and makes noice. I think something happened on media messuring censor. what is the solution for this problem? please help me out.................your suggestions highly appreciated

mars, if I replaced the blade holder carriage, the problem can be solved?
