actually i have fixed the problem, but i left you a message asking for a activation code for signblazer becase my cutter didnt come with it. PLease help asap.

I have followed the manual instructions to setting up the USB serial port and stuff. And when i used my software VE LXi 8.0 to cut something from my PCUT630, it just says WAITING.... the whole time and it does not cut anything. Have I done something wrong?

do you just use a blade and finish cutting it? or is there any special way you deal with it?

is there anything i can do about it?

When i cut something with my plotter, it ends up not cutting a full circle, like it will leave a little bit of the circle out, or like anything. _____ _____ l__________l

ya, but there is no numbers on my sleeve. I bought my PCUT CT630 on ebay off the signguysupply, which said it came with the signblazer elements software and when i opened it, there was no signblazer cds or serial numbers. what do i do?

where on the disc can i find the serial number, because it is not printed on the disc?
