I googled drivers for refine mh871. downloaded that http://download.driverguide.com/driver/MH-1351+MH-365+MH-721+MH-871/USCutter/d1825240.html and when i turned on the cutter it popped up saying it was installing when it finished everything worked. hope this helps

I use to have a cutter, I used a refine mh721 with WINPC SIGN. Just got a new refine 871 and i now have a cheap acer lap top aspire, with windows 7. I have been trying everything i can think of to get it to work. looks like others have had problems with getting windows 7 to work and some say it works great. any ideas on getting this to install. everything says it is loaded but the usb device is not regonized. thanks for any help.

I use winpc too and I cant open anything from inkscape, I still use it but then save it as a eps, then have to open in corel draw and save that as a eps, then I can open the one from corel to cut with winpc. its a pain but it works for me

I use the line tool draw a line in segments, then use the node edit tool to bend it in the directions i want then attach the font just like you do on the circle.

heres a couple a friend ask me to do, they might need cleaned a bit more hav'nt cut them yet. ICE.eps ICE.eps
