    I had a similar issue and it turned out to be my screen saver popping up. It stopped the cut and would not continue even after waking the computer up. I turned off the screen saver and no more issues. I hope this helps.

    Just my 2 cents, I have a Refine 1351 and ran into the same problem. My issue was the screen saver. On long cuts it would come up and 30 seconds or so later, cutter would stop and not restart. Disabled the screensaver and no more issues.

    Hi Guys, Here is my 2nd entry...hope you like them. BTW, I recently upgraded the software and drivers and my cutter is working great. I use it almost every day without any hick-ups. My kids love weeding the vinyl. They compete to see who is faster, but Dad always wins. But not for long...they are catching up. Thanks for making such a great product at such a great price.
