I got a new cpu after my old one crashed-- i bought the US cutter laser 24" last year-- had issues getting this working last time and forget what I did--- CPU is using windows Vista-- need togo with USB -- can't get them to connect-- I am using signblazer 2008 (also can't find my auth code for reinstall) Need help-- gotta get stickers cut. what does that mean-- i am a noobie to this stuff so not sure what parts your talking about.

i guess i am not understanding-- i run the vinyl all the way back and forth-- then when i lift to adjust it just starts over and does it again-- you send your vinyle in crooked? I guess is what your says-- kinda like- if you hit a golf ball to the left all the time-- you just aim a little right? I guess thats the only way I can say that? i also got my paper off ebay and it seems to be junk-- super thin stuff--- i had 1 roll of better quality and it seems to pull a little better. Are there some machines that use suction too? Could my roller be rolling at different rates from one end to the other?

I can not get my LP to pull the vinyle straight-- if I am doing some small work it is fine-- if i try to go maybe something 24" long or if I do an outline the cutter drifts and pulls sideways and won't get me an outline-- the 24" olng stuff comes out crooked and looks like it is going downhill--- i have tried adjusting all 3 guides and my best results come with using 2-- when i try to do 3 they bunch and wast the paper? Please help!

Here is the logo I am trying to do-- can't get it to uplaod the bigger eps file-- i have it as a jpeg and then converted to teh eps but can't do it from there. thanks

how do i do that? i'm not this dumb really-- just the simple stuff gets me every once in a while

Thanks-- just getting started with this stuff and it gets frustrating at times the vinyl backing gets so slick the sticker slides all over with the small stuff.

New to this stuff-- using sign blazer elements that came with my cutter-- I have a few eds files that I want to cut but can't figure out how to cut them? I figured out how to import them into sb but they won't cut- please help

My laptop is a new dell xps1210-- less than a year old-- will it not work-- don't feel like getting another cpu and don't really have much space to work with.

SOrry its a 15 pin port on my computer and I need to connect to the 9 pin port on the cutter.

Just purchased a US Cutter LP36-- got it in yesterday and was all pumped to start cutting-- WRONG I could not believe what little instructions came with the unit-- no stand assembly instructions, no blade installation -- pretty much nothing. I tried to use my laptop and USB drive to connect to the cutter-- i put one blank disc that came with it in and it had drivers on it-- I plugged the USB cord in the cutter then in the cpu-- almost right away I got a blue screen and it said the cpu was preparing to shut down and something about a dump-- cpu works perfect until the usb is plugged in. I jumped on here for a few minutes and read that I should use the serial cable-- well my laptop doesn't have a connection for that serial cable-- I'm not the smartest guy with cpus so I'm not sure do they make a 9 pin-25 pin adapter and if so can I use that??? Please help[ I just want to cut stuckers.
