I am having an issue cutting a 19" Logo every time i cut it it comes out jagged or not Perfectly round My software will mot smooth it any ideas

i cant get my ve r31 cutter to work with my other software ( dr stika ,corel draw ) i tried finding the driver put its not listed in windows i contacted signwarehouse and they said is dos based is there any way to us it other than with lexi of flexi software .
