Click open, then look on the bottom right side of the screen underneath "drives" there are several things there. the next to the last one is "append" click that box then choose the item you want to open. it will open that item in the same screen as the design you were working with.

I was trying to use an app called "image converter" I had inkscape on my computer but it crashed. when I got it fixed, inkscape wasn't there anymore and it wont seem to download from the web. I just get a wait screen.

This is only the 3rd time i've asked for help in the 6 years I've been here so dont beat on me too much.
