I have been modding this forum since USC had about 4 employees, total. I deal with other suppliers as well. I can tell you...nobody has any real support compared to USC. If you need a cutter, try Sign Warehouse and see what you get in the way of service. The last time I had to deal with them , I couldn't even get a tracking number from them.

If I absolutely need something fast, I call the sales dept and ask if it is in stock in MEMPHIS which is closest to me. If it is in WA I go elsewhere...IF I need it fast. But thankfully, this is rare. I try not to get caught by surprise. This is my living, not a hobby. Oh and what's with the $20 shipping? Did they do away with the $9.99 flat rate shipping?

I have had the Titan2 since just before US Cutter first started offering it. NEVER a problem. Love it. Cuts and tracks like a dream. Dollar for dollar you get more for your money than the Graphtec with same specs and accessories. So going on 2 years now... I would buy another in a heartbeat..not that I ever expect to need to. This machine is solid and dependable.

Facebook is very generous about letting you use their logo, even providing the files. You have to play by their rules though

I buy a lot of stuff at HF..no other choice here....but before I buy anything I read the reviews. ALL of them. Best to hear fro people with hands on experience.

I have never had any static issues on my Titan either...probably because the cutter attaches to the stand with screws and doesn't require grounding. I guess it could vary in different areas. I might add, I am posting this on a Mac, made in China...while talking on my phone, made in China.... you get the picture. I don't think that being made in China is an issue or has anything to do with anything. All I can do is speak from experience.

Yes I drive a Chevy...I inherited Ford once and gave it away just to get it out of my driveway.

My Titan2 has given me great service for a year and a half...never a problem...and I hear the Titan3 is even better. And it's on sale now. Personally, I would never buy a used cutter on ebay. It's a gamble from the beginning. oh, and the Titan3 has a full 2 year warranty. There are a lot of people who will tell you to buy a graphtec who have never seen or used a Titan. I have...and plenty.
