Those are some really nice boards you should be proud. I have been making Cornhole boards for about 7 years mainly for friends. I engrave then paint logos on most of mine. I purchase Us Cutter plotter cutter a few months ago now I use it to apply the logos and text onto boards. I notice when I used the preview, the toolpath would stop at one point then start again at another point then go back to where it stopped to finish. Today running the same toolpath it did not stop at any time and completed the cut. So I cut out what I needed with no problems, has anyone experienced this with SignCut? Thanks, Mike

Thank I will take your advice. ( and all that has contributed ) I am cutting now a much smaller decal. So far everything is working fine. Must have been too big of an image I tried to cut. Thanks to ALL, Mike

Thanks for the information. The file was only 20inches square, so I don't think it is that. I should have given more info, I am using the usb cable; though maybe it wiggled loose but not the case. I have thought static charge maybe the problem as I just opened this vinyl to make a decal. My plotter is set at USB0001 in the Device Manager for printers (Virtual printer port for USB).

I have been using my USCutter MH871 for about a month with no problems until today. Towards the end of the cut the plotter just stops cutting. I have restarted with the same results. Can anyone shed light on this. Can it possibly be loosing signal? Thanks for your help, Mike
