its taking the 'E' and cutting it in the bottom left portion, I may try the keyspan adapter and see if it works out with that.

could someone double check the file that wildgoose posted please. Im not sure if its my cutter or there an error in the design that is causing the file to cut a stray line. Thanks

I've tried vectoring these images using the trace button on illustrator and my cutter still seems to double cut it only for the back design or make a stray mark on the front design . everything worked out perfectly! thanks everyone. Indeed there is a large learning curve to illustrator but it seems all worth it.

I tried making this a layered decal with registration marks and its not coming out the way I'd like. Its easy when I make the stroke a certain width but when I'm converting it paths its a whole different story. If anyone can help out that would be much appreciated. The finished logo should be green in the inside with a gold outline. Caduceus_clip_art.svg

I also use main tape perfect tear, medium tack. No complaints so far. I bought a 30" roll off of ebay for about $60 and free shipping

I have the 34" MH cutter and it actually doesnt cut the whole 34" it cuts more about 30."

The power chord was the result of no power to my cutter. thank you all for the help!

I have yet to open it up and check. I will probably check the power chord and see if thats the cause of the fault. Im sure a computer power chord is the same right?

So after the weekend I got a couple of orders and my cutter decided not to turn on at all. I've plugged in the unit and changed the fuses. This is the first time this has happened to me when i've had my cutter (about a year). Does anyone have any suggestions on what could have gone wrong? Thanks

Like what OW and Absolute said above, oracal 631 is the way to go, I am slowly venturing into wall decals myself. I bought perfect tear medium tack as the application tape and I don't have any complaints as of yet.

Im using inkscape like what Mz SKEETER said and then exporting to sign cut pro. Works well for me!
