    What kind of program do I need to be able to download vector clip art? Any help would be appreciated.... Also is there anyone out there that I could pay to vecorize and save on disk an image from a black and white sticker?

    PLEASE HELP!! Bought new plotter today and it has error stating ...."can not open the output device. Error initializing cutter." this is what pops up when you are ready to sut and click on "CUT" Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
