Would it be better to do as many as you can fit in one row across the width of material? That way you dont have 17 inches of waste. Just thinking out loud.

It very well could be because you welded it. Try and grab the whole image and move it. Just click on a line though dont make a box selection. If your left with another design in the back then get rid of that. Stay nodes just come from editing. You gotta watch out for them.

It has the white box because your saving it as a jpeg. Here are the steps. Since I dont use scal they might be different. Make your design. Just as you would cut it. Like that text. In the same file, import the picture of the shirt. Lay your design on top of your shirt Save the whole thing as a jpeg. Drink beer Id recommend saving your design as a vector before you add the shirt so you still have a cuttable version. And you can download inkscape if you want but im sure scal can handle this task.

Looks like you have some stray nodes. Get in there real close and take a look. kudos for welding all the intersections!

When I need a proof like that I just do it in my design program. I use inkscape and just put the design on top of what you want. Its simple. Then just save it. I don't use scal but if it doesn't save as a jpeg or other useful file format just use an online file converter to change it to jpeg.

Lol you didn't have to take it down. It was really aimed at the OP. They can learn to do that in no time and not feel bad about selling your work.

Yup real basic stuff right there. Read on here and watch some youtube videos. If your stuck on anything post a question. Theres tons of help on here but you need to try for yourself too

I've never had luck copy and pasteing from Inkscape to signblazer.

How does it look in outline view in Inkscape and sign blazer. I've noticed some things don't look so good in signblazer but cut just fine.

What are you putting on the mugs? I have so many blank pint glasses in my bar that I need to design with something. I just cant figure out what to put on them.

Did he specifically request it be the exact same material? Just get something that will meet the targeted lifespan. He wont care what its mounted to if it lasts as long as he wants it to.

If your just gonna wait now why not send them an email? The worst they will do is say no . I would send them one or two examples of what you want to do. I wouldn't want them stealing all your designs. They'll probably say no but you won't know until you ask them. Your not going to find a straight answer on the Internet. Don't go to Vista print. Find a local print shop to do it. Keep the money in your neighborhood. Support small local business.
