I was just looking in my different programs and found a DEMO version of HotShot. My cutter was not on the list in SetUp. I have the Refine MH721. Can anyone tell me how to get this active? I could not find anything about it on the US Cutter web site. And if so, what does it cost? Thanks. Billy.

Can anyone tell me if there is a simplified way to "Edt Nodes" in SignBlazer? There has to be a way to clean up jagged art and /or fonts other that clicking and deleting one or a smallgroup of nodes at-a-time. I have seen a "Simplify" command in (I think it was) Flexi sign. Is there anything like this is SignBlazer? Thanks for any help. I draw most of my own art and after scaning it in, I spend hours cleaning it up. Like they say, "There Has To Be A Better Way". Thanks........

Hey Guys, is there an easy way to edit nodes other than clicking and drags over a few at a time and deleting them? This is very labor intensive. I know on the Roland that I worked on in another shop, using Flexi there was a "Simplify" command. Is there something like that in SignBlazer? Thanks for any help......

Have tried to cut the word "Smokehouse" mustiple different times for some signs that I' m working on. Sometimes the cutter stares just where it is, and sometimes it runs the vinyl several inches backward before it startes to cut, and sometimes it runs the vinyl forward the entire lenght of the cut before it stares to cut. I never know where to position the vinyl to stare the job. I have cut a word and when it 's finished, clicked on "finished" to go back to my work surface and when I come to cut again, the plotter runs the vinyl backward and cuts over my previous work. Sometimes it cuts the Tile fisrt and sometimes it cuts the letters first. It does this from one cut to another. Why? Why will it not stare and stop at the same place from one job to another? No two jobs cut the same even when it's the same job. HELP PLEASE.........

I have the Refine MH 721. I'm very happy with the cutter but I have a problem with not knowing where it will start cutting and I am wasting lots of material. When I click on "Cutter", I fisrt click "Home Position" then click on "Tile". Sometimes it cuts the Tile first, sometimes the design first, sometimes it will advance a few inches of vinyl before starting to cut, sometimes it starts cutting from where it is. I'm having to cut my work with 6-8 inches of vinyl hanging out the front of the cutter to asure a good cut without running off. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for any help..... I moved up from a Dr. Stika 12" to the Refine 24", what took me so long? This thing is a Cutting MONSTER........ I love it..
