hey guys it might be on here somewhere but i havent found it and im seriously at whits end after 1 day. i have been using illustrator over the past week with the pentool to trace pictures i need to cut. i start by opening the picture i want to trace then i lock that layer and open a new layer, then i click on the pentool and start tracing my objects after i was all done i would then save them which i thought was all i had to do. well if they even cut they cut with an outline, like i had one of hello kitty someone wanted and every piece had an outline around it one person i talk with had told me it was maybe my stoke or something i checked that and i dont think it was that. i would love any help you could give me. i need to get this stuff cut asap and am getting no where. here is a pic of how it cut, its the plot i did cause i couldt find the vinyl i did might have thrown out i was so mad lol!!!

i had the same thing happen basically it outlines everything , i traced my pic in illustrator and then saved and then opened in signblazer. not sure why it is doing this, i really need to get some stuff cut but cant figure this out it was a hello kitty i practiced on and every feature was outlined

hey guys i saw the same ? asked above with no answer when i try to patch it it tells me unknown error 1 patch not installed!!! any help would be appreciated
