If you put a disclaimer in the promotion with " please allow 4 to 6 weeks " on the free t-shirt. Then hire a contract printer to print the shirts. That will give you enough time after the end of the promotion to print and ship the t's. But it will also save you having to buy presses and hire staff to press transfers.

U R Welcome!

A White Peace Frog on Red Tall T - Shirt. I got in some printop txp white today and decided to print a peace frog on it. The ink has the consistency of marshmallow cream. One pass and cure. No bleed! I think I'll be using this for whites.

This is the company I ordered from. Hope it helps. http://www.screenprintingsupplies.com/

It's printop tpx sq. I printed it on the red just to find out if it was going to bleed out pink. i expected to do at least two passes. But after the one pass the coverage was so good there was no since in another.

You're welcome Sir!

I usually use my 15 x15 hix transfer press or a hair dryer on small runs. I have a large dryer but it uses too much juice when I run it.

Thanks Five !!!! But I'm really not that active. The 3 prints I did last night killed my back and legs. But I Love doing the screen prints with vinyl instead of emulsion. Thanks again.

I don't know what cutter you have, But it seems to me that you have the wrong driver setup and it's sending commands that the cutter can't recognize. Or it could be the com commands.

Bed? Well I guess if you have too. Good night !

Figure out the ship to 79106 amarillo.tx and send me a message tomorrow. I'll take 'em. Thanks!

Thanks Vette !

I just might have to take some of those off your hands. I can always use more screens.
-
Except for that right nostril. I saw it not weeded but I have a tendency to mess up screens when I go to pickin' after I apply the vinyl. Thanks!
-
Thank you Sir! But I am going to have to try a different vinyl. The fdc is really hard to apply to the screen.

Refine MH721 wavy lines

If you're using flexi, I would go to node edit and see if there are a bunch of nodes between the first and last point of the cut. It looks like the material my mom used to make with pinking shears. But in a square, or rectangle, there should only be nodes on each of the corners and none between. -
You would need at least a 60" to do vehicle wraps right. But motorcycles will work. 48" rolls will work. I weed with an x-acto knife and a dental pick. The weeding kits are just the way sign companies make more money off of you. Just be sure to get good application tape. I use mainly R-tape because it has just the right tack and ease of application. I can't tell you about the laser point because I have never seen one run. But like any other cutter it will do the job as long as you learn the machine. Hope that helps. From what I have heard the Pcut's are a much better machine.

Pleasure ! I've owned five of them in my life. And I think I'm buying an 84 Cadillac Hearse in a couple of weeks.
-
Thanks Dakota! I'm thinking of doing a white vinyl cut on a black t-shirt for a friend of mine who always wanted it ever since he saw it in the hearse.
-
Here's a rest in peace frog I did about 3 years ago. I airbrushed it in white on some window screens for my hearse. pcfrg1.eps pcfrg1.eps

In to our second year, and still not working.

It would seem to me that anyone in the business side of any field would realize that the equipment they receive comes from the manufacturer and not the company that sells them, unless the manufacturer has a direct sales outlet. Just because USCutter has their brand on them, it doesn't mean they open and personally brand or inspect the cutters ! I understand frustration, but if you're going to complain, complain in the direction of the correct company and not a company who has no control over the packaging or manufacturing. Uscutter has been extremely good at resolving issues with defective cutters. Even though they could choose to be like 90% of the companies you deal with and say " you will have to contact the manufacturer for support" . -
The best thing to do is download the latest version of sign blazer which bannerjohn has posted in this forum. Do NOT download the one that has some kind of a patch to run sign blazer because it contains a virus! Then download the updated prolific drivers for the usb to serial port. When you have a refurbished computer, or reinstall a program they do not have the drivers and dll's you need to run the program or the cutter. Go to uscutter's support page and download all of the drivers you need. Uninstall and reinstall sign blazer. Then you should be alright.
