    Rhinestud and Vinyl Totes

Totes are a great item to embellish with rhinestones/rhinestuds or vinyl! Here are a few totes I recently made that I thought I would share with you guys. The hibiscus totes are made with rhinestuds and the SDSU tote was made with Siser Easyweed vinyl.

    Rhinestud and Vinyl Totes

Thanks Jenny! Hope you had a Merry Christmas with your family! I'm making more and more totes lately so I will try to get some more pics up. By far, the real hits have been the rhinestone/rhinestud totes. If anyone is interested in knowing how to make those, just let me know. The profit margin on them are really good.

    Rhinestud and Vinyl Totes

Thanks everyone! I sure appreciate the nice comments. I bought the totes from SanMar. I have tried different brands and really like the Port Authority totes. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

Where do you buy blank shirts?

I buy mostly from Jiffyshirts. I sometimes order from SanMar (especially when they run clearance sales on items).

That's great news! I'm really glad you were able to get paid for your work and that a bit a persistence paid off.

    Heat Pressed Names

In my area, I've charged between $4.00 and $5.00 a name depending on quantity.

    Soon to have Heatpress

I would never spend the time trying to put multiple colors onto the same backing material. Just heat press each color layer one-by-one onto the garment. If the quantity I was doing justified it, then I would just do multi-color designs in plastisol.

    Soon to have Heatpress

How did you end up with so many presses?

    Soon to have Heatpress

Same here. I have both a Hotronix and Sunie press and neither has to be held down. Not sure which press you got Mader, but if it is pretty lightweight...I'm sure something could be done to secure it down.
  17. Looks like Stahls is having a December special again this year offering a free set of platens with the purchase of a Hotronix heat press. I know USC was able to offer this deal to its customers last year by drop-shipping from Stahls (which I took advantage of myself).

Definitely worth the money, IMO. These templates do require that you have Photoshop.

You can purchase the hoodie template collection here: http://arsenal.gomedia.us/templates.html I purchased the "Ultimate Template Collection", which includes all the templates they offer.

    Trying to collect payment

It is always my hope that I will never find myself in this same position, but I'm glad we have a legal system to use if people are going to be dishonest in the business dealings. Sometimes legal action is the only recourse to help curb behavior (at least you hope it will).
