I'm having the same issue. I posted over in the Mac forums. I'll have to try what VinylExposure said. I hope its something that stupid easy. I've spent the last 5 days reading/downloading everything I could get my hands on.

Hello everyone, I got my cutter five days ago and I still cannot get it to cut. I have downloaded every driver numerous times. I am using the keypan adapter. My computer recognizes the serial port. The baud rate matches. The correct cutter is listed in signcut. All to no avail. When I click "cut", signcut freezes with an "Estimated Time: Unknown". I have switched between the two different ports, neither solving any issues. Here is a screenshot: And here is the list of drivers I have installed numerous times: Driver for UPR-112G, USA-49WG, USA-28XG & USA-19HS (Mac OS X 10.6.x) Beta Driver for UPR-112G, USA-49WG, USA-28XG & USA-19HS (Mac OS X Lion - 10.7.x) Download FTDI driver for Mac OSX 32 bit Download FTDI driver for Mac OSX 64 bit I have OSX Lion, Intel core 2 duo, and an MH MK 34" cutter. I've read just about everything this forum has to offer, including the "easy set ups". Any help would be much appreciated.
