The yellow picture I posted, it was not touching the wax paper at all. But I thought it was supposed to touch a little bit? It's hard to peel when it doesn't.

That's being cut 6" x 2".

I've checked that as well.

I'm still having this issue. I've tried many speeds, pressures, offsets, and cleaning/changing the blades, and blade lengths. This was cut with the blade barely out, I almost can't peel things that cut it's so shallow. Here's a pic of what's happening. Also attached the .eps Iced Earth.eps

Also what should the PRS be at? I have it at 1g at the moment...

I did as you said. It BARELY marks the backing. It's doing it less, but still a bit. I'll attach a picture of what it's at now. Bad lighting in here, but you can see the pulled pieces.

Thank you for your reply! I was thinking that too, but I've changed how much blade is out over and over, and I've cleaned and changed the blade as well. I'll have to check out the offset. I'm using Signblazer. Also I tried slowing it down too. Even 100mms still has these problems.

Hello! So I am having a problem. My cutter pulls small pieces out when cutting. Especially on what I'm trying to cut right now, those pieces need to stay! lol. Also, on some things it's not cutting certain areas all the way through. It'll leave a very small piece connected which causes the design to look like it has stretched spots. Any help is appreciated! Hello! I was wondering if someone could get this image into a format that I can cut, pretty please! I would be eternally grateful! It's for a friends birthday and I waited til the last minute and am having trouble getting it cuttable! I generally use .eps with SignBlazer, others seem to like to not work :\ Again, thank you very much!!!!!

Hello. Is there any way to move the image so that the cutter will cut in a different area of the vinyl? Like let's say I cut something where the blade would be "home", is there a way to move the image so it cuts in the middle, or the opposite side?

Hello. I recently purchased the USCutter SC model and in the description it says it includes a 1 Year License. How does one go about getting this? I didn't see anything on the disc or in the box. Thank you.

Well sort of. Under Device Manager the cutter is COM5. That wasn't even an option in signblazer for me. I changed it to COM2 under Device Manager and have been choosing that on signblazer. I also don't know which cutter to pick since mine isn't specifically listed.

Hello. Sorry if this has been posted, I've been looking all night and couldn't find an answer >.< I have the USCutter SC and can't seem to get it going with SignBlazer or anything. The cutter itself installed fine, but I can't figure out which device I'm supposed to use from the list. Basically, at this point, I can't cut and have no idea what to do. Your help is greatly appreciated! Also, I am running Windows 7 x64 and the device is running through USB.
