I need a simple graphic of the eiffel tower, I hope someone has one! thanks DROCK
-
I have searched HIGH and LOW, the font labled NISSAN that everyone seem to be aware of is not accurate. its close but the "S" is not accurate, and its too bad since the "S" is 33% of the font. Droc

the brands of the world web site had the one I was looking for, thanks again for all the help. you guys ROCK! thanks again! Droc
-
Does anyone know where I can get a cutable graphic of the NISSAN emblem? thanks Droc
-
yeah probably, Im doing a custom fill job for a client and he wants the text on his emblem filled. thanks Droc
-
wow that gold squeege sounds nice! how do I get one? does it come hydrated or something? lol droc
-
I just looked there, Its not the right one either. The "S" is iccorrect. if you look at nissan's web site and or the word NISSAN on the car's emblem the "S" is Different. again the font's S has more of a diagonal center bar. all the fonts Ive seen that claim to be a NISSAN font has a flat center bar. I cant be the only person to run into this can I? lol Droc

has anyone ever come across the actual font for NISSAN, I found one on a website but its either old or inacurate, I can tell by the "S". the current nissan font's S has a bit more diag on the center part of the character. If anyone knows please let me know! thanks

thanks, that was very helpful! Very interesting, I have been doing dry applications the whole time and had no idea that wet applications are so much more forgiving. thanks again Droc

I am still pretty new to sign cutting, and was curious if someone could elaborate on the art of Wet Application. for example, when is the best time to do a wet app. what can you use for the "wet stuff", how long do you need to leave it on before you peel off the mask etc... any suggestions would be great! thanks Droc

I think I will try the heat technique next time, the only problem is that there are alot of letters and detail, Im afraid it wont be cost effective for the client. he will be changing the signs 3 to 4 times a year. I had an idea to throw by you guys, If I created a "bath", one I could lay the panel down and let it soak in rubbing alchohol. rubbing alchohol doesnt seem to effect the plexi and if very effective on removing the adhesive! thanks again Droc

I recently had a project with large clear plexi panels, removing the old vinyl lettering was a pain! I tried several product including goof off, goo gone ect. goof off actually etched the plexi. what is the best way to remove existing lettering off of clear plexi? thanks Drock

Got it! thank you very much guys! This simplifies alot of things! Drock

Thanks for the tip, Now it makes sense. BUT for some reason when Im in cutter mode I can only select one color. I cannot select two or more so at this point I cant make a consistant dot or bar. any Ideas? Drock

I watched a couple videos on you tube, It showed a guy making a multi layered decal, It also showed him using alignment dots which I believe were generated in his software. Im usin Sign Blazer and have not found a feature like this, Does it exist? Drock
