I've never seen one that drifted that much either if the vinyl was loaded reasonably straight and the machine was in proper working order. Maybe

A little drift is one thing but 6 to 12" is ridiculous..

Sweet well how good is it I'm going to get that or there graphire model i'm a big fan of the wireless capability on that one....

I will not buy another cutter from us cutter unless they do something different..I just can't afford to come out of pocket if something .like this happens I'd rather go with a more reliable company... :'( sad day indeed you guys used to be so good....
