Blast

Hello, I followed the Blade Adjustment Instructions and have my machine running. I'm running into one problem, when cutting, random letters get only half cut. Meaning one side of the letter weeds REALLY easy, while the other side is barely cut. I can see from the cut line that the letters are closing, just the depth is not being cut properly. Any thoughts?
