Does anyone know a source for stencil material? I have someone who wants stencils cut to paint designs on a wall. I want the kind that is not sticky on either side. It's like clear plastic. I know it would have to be on some type of backing paper to run through the cutter.

It is a jpeg file. I can change it to vector, but some of the edges still have jagged places in them. If someone can make it printable for me that is great, but I would also like to learn how to do it myself.

I downloaded a 2 color logo. I am trying to print and contour cut it. I opened it with AI CS5, put a cut line around it and saved it as an eps. It has jagged edges when I print it. Can someone please tell me what I need to do?

When I type a word in a cursive font in SignBlazer it makes extra cuts where the letters overlap each other. Is there a way to avoid the extra cuts?

I save a file from Illustrator CS5 as an eps file. When I try to import it to SignBlazer I can tell it to import but it does not show up in SignBlazer. I have tried saving the file as a CS5, CS4, CS3, CS2, AI10 eps files and none of them work. Anyone know what I need to do?

Can someone clean this up?

Does anyone have the layout for decals for the side of a KIA Soul that they call hockey sticks? It goes right below the side windows and up the rear behind the back door window. I can probably make them, but it would be a lot easier if someone already had them. Thanks,

I am trying to figure a way to "fill in" the attached file so I can cut an outline of it a little larger than it is. I will cut the outline out of one color and the file out of another color so I can layer them. Can someone explain to me how I can do this? As you can tell I don't know very much about combining paths so that it just cut the outline. I can use SignBlazer, Inkscape or Illustrator to do it, which ever is easier. Thanks, Jerry

Dgaree I was having the same problems with my SC Cutter. I was told by US Cutter to set the pressure at 150 and the speed at 400. Mine cuts fine at these settings.

When I plug my SC Cutter into my laptop and run Device Manager it shows it connected to Com Port 6. When I go to the settings in SignBlazer to choose Com Port 6 it only lists Com Ports 1 thru 4. Com Port 4 is on the opposite side of my laptop and the USB cord doesn't reach. Any ideas on how to change the settings to match the Com Ports?

When I cut the attached object it cuts the inside and outside of the object. I would like to just cut around the outside of the attached object. Can someone tell me how to do this in SignBlazer? WV test.SBD
