Got my lasterpoint 24 this week and last night got to get it put together and ran in to som issues. plugged it in and the lcd was blank so i just pushed ahead and downloaded and installed sign cut went to bed. Got up this morning powered it up and hey look the lcd seemed to be working and still does but is dim. O well new toy cant just leave it be. The problem i am having is 1/3 of the way though only larg cuts its just stops and the lcd shows waiting. I put paper in it and did the pen test and same thing. Im a little bumed but thought some one here could lend a hand. I have a support ticket open but its the weekend and well it is what it is. Im afraid i have a bad unit.....hope not.
