I am new to the cutting world!! I'm about to order a cutter, looking at a USCutter but need a 'getting started-novice' style! I'm also trying to figure out what vectoring is and how to download all these cliparts without stealing them from others. So, these stickpeople came to my attention. They are so cute! Is it fair to use them for making my own decals? If there is some protocol info on this forum please direct me. I'm just excited to be getting involved in this cutting world. I plan to make awards for a side business. Thanks
