Download "Inkscape" and read the manual, It is a good program

Graphtec is a good choice and should be no harder than the Chinese cutter, My results with the Graphtec have been great. There is a lot of friendly and knowledgeable people on here that can help. Three pieces of advice download the manual for your cutter and read it front to back. next if you will be using Signblazer and Inkscape go ahead and read these manuals completely. Next go to Youtube and watch some videos of installations. Than relax you will be fine.

Sounds like a plan to me.

They are 5" X 14" about 10/64 inch thick there are four of them. Do they have anything to do with cutters or heat presses? They came with a used cutter and some vinyl I bought. Thanks for any information you can shed on them.

Ya'll are the greatest. I almost had it but my yellow upper layer did not have the detail I was needing. Although it is going to much smaller than the graphic 4" square this logo becomes the eye catcher of the whole sign. Thanks again.

I am trying to convert this Honey Bee to EPS file. I have been working on this on my own using the free hand tutorial, but the more I do the worse it looks. Maybe I am missing something. I want to do this in two colors black and yellow so I can layer it, Is this posible with this graphic. When you load the vinyl in your cutter do you have any option at that point?

I have Graphtec cutter and if you select "sheet" it does that. Set to "roll 2:" if you have that option on your cutter.

That is pretty much what I figured, was hoping there might be some free software available.

What is the latest version of Signblazer? I have 6.05 with no nag screens or trial count downs, but I am working thru the tutorial and at the text section my text dialogue box does not match the tutorial. I don't have all the options that the tutorial has. Also some of my text options are greyed out like text follow path, adjust text base line. I was just wondering if I am using the latest avaible SignBlazer. I have installed this software about 4 times before I finally got rid of all the nag screens so I am not sure where it came from. One more question I have read that the newer eps file cannot be read in Signblazer, does anyone know a free converter to convert new eps to the old?

Thanks Jay, I have already found works arounds for most thing I want to do. I can't complain for the price, just wondering. Dp up know anything about the eps files. Having trouble openning some eps files in SignBlazer. I read somewhere the newer eps need to be converted to version 8 eps.
