In the description for the Copam 2500 on Ebay it states that it is a "vinyl/tint cutter". What is meant by this? Thanks

What are the differences between the Pcut 24 and the Refine 25. I have looked at the US Cutter web site, checked the specs, but I''m unable to determine the real differences. The specs aren't setup to compare apples to apples. :notsure: Thanks, Mr Peabody

You can export a file from AutoCad using the export command. There are several options as to what file format you can export it to, EPS is one of those formats. You could also plot to a file, EPS format, using the plot command. There is also an option to plot to a raster format. -
Does anyone here use vinyl as a mask for media blasting?
Mr Peabody replied to harley121's topic in General discussion
Long ago - I use to use vinyl that is used as shelf liner. What I did was go to walmart and buy a roll and I would sketch , by hand the design that I wanted to etch on mirrors. It worked great. This was before I realized that there were such things as vinyl cutters and that you could print on vinyl. You might want to give that a try as a cheap alternative. If you go to the McMaster Carr website their catalog has a very good description of the different types (grades) of sandblasting media, even walnut shells. -
I though the manufactures were US Cutter!?! Who are the manufactures then? I like to do research before I layout the money. I just like to be sure I have explored all the possible alternatives. Thanks

Hi everone, I noticed that there are a lot of people who are having some great success in this business. I am considering starting a small business making vinyl graphics for cars, wall art and hopefully some local stores and/or some truck and van lettering So here is my question - When you first started in this business or hobby, which ever may be the case, did you market your talents and abilities? Did you advertise, if so how? If anyone could share their experience when they started it would be greatly appreciated. :tyvm: Mr Peabody To the wayback Sherman.
