I think I kind of understand the question a bit, I just dont have an answer. I think they mean when they select the import option and you have to pick the file from a list of thumbnails. The thumbnail previews are either black boxes of sometimes say no preview. Jay I noticed in your screencast the thumbnail previews displayed "No preview" or something like that. I myself have been using SB for a while now and all I can say is some of the .eps files are fine and alot of others are just black boxes for a preview. I have always wondered why, but usually just remember the name of the file I want and made my selection. I know to view .eps files in windows yo uhave to have an extension of sorts instailed... ie "Eps viewer" or similar program. Does this have anything to do with the file extensions on a computer or in the SB software its self ?

I agree above. It is always worth the few seconds to save in a few other files formats. Just in case you want to change anything

Glad you figured it out. Maybee you can sign up for a drop box or something that way when you design and save on the Mac it is already there on the Cutter computer (Windows)
