  2. Cross both fingers before you do it. I don't think you have a choice. I will try to upload a vid of what it should be doing.
  3. Cut a piece of vinyl off the roll and try loading a sheet. For some reason it is not measuring the width of the vinyl.
  4. I would say just get the condition settings for the condition you are using. May not matter since you have to set it up again for that blade problem. You may not have a choice but to do the factory reset. That should not be heading right like that. And not that fast.
  5. Maybe even take a can of that computer cleaner (canned air? forget the name of it) and go over the full width dusting every hole, rollers and anything else you can get to. Q-tips work good for the sensor holes.
  6. Make sure you get that blade in before you fix the blade holder. Something will get damaged if you don't. For the Y position. Try moving the vinyl and left pinch roller over to the center of the blue stripe. Also, take some masking tape sticky side up (maybe 6 to 8 inches long) and put it under the pinch rollers on the smooth part of the roller, with the machine off, and slowly pull the tape out. That should help get some of that gunk off the rollers. May have to do it a few times.
  7. Probably nothing to do with it, but it looks like you have 1/4 inch of blade sticking out? And your blade holder is in wrong. That lip should be under the clamp.

Make whatever you do want to cut a different color, then cut by color.
  9. Also a bit of oil may help. I put a small drop on a small piece of scrap vinyl and dip the end (opposite the cutting end) in that before putting it back together.
  10. +1 on the bleed. I always add the bleed to make sure there is no white showing.

If you can get it clean enough, yes. Remove and replace. Watch for fading on the plastic.

    GRAPHTECH CE6000-120 AP

I will give you that one. The AP does say for paper and such. Didn't read the full specs, stopped at the pattern part.
  14. The part that has the cuts in it IS the cutting strip. All one piece. Not sure what you mean by narrow and wider.

    Help! new user

    What vinyl are you using?
  16. Yup, where I am at. 402ci (6.6 liter) turbo diesel.
  17. Lucky you only got that with a MH. The trim would be right after install. Pretty simple actually. Free hand it and pull the excess. Have done it on painted drywall with no problems.
  18. You get 14 MPG???? I am lucky if I can get 9 with my truck. (10,000 trailer, but still)
  19. Depends on the cutter. Some do not track as well as others. What are you using for a cutter? When I had that problem I used a sharp blade and trimmed the intersections so they lined up. Just note, you need to install the bottom first to keep rain and such from getting behind the seams.
  20. How deep do you plan to blast? That stuff would probably be good for up to and inch deep or more in brick. There is thinner stuff that would more than likely to do what you need.

    Hello from a beginner

You can use a USB to serial adapter. Keyspan is the recommended one.

    Can't put Hyphen in??

Since it is not text, just move the 9 to the right and draw a rectangle the size you want.
