    I have the MH721 plotter and am using the Tripplite USA 19hs keyspan. I tried before to get it to work with my macbook. I can find the lotter in the cutter option along with the keyspan. but when i try to cut it just freezes and says 00:00 remaining. I then have to force quit. Now i just got a new iMac and I am having the same exact problem. I cannot get it to work at all. works with windows via USB Please help

    I have the same issue. My Keyspan shows up in the output selection but it doesnt do anything

    I have tried everything I can think of. I have tried USB, Serial adapter, another serial adapter. Ive installed dozens of drivers and still cannot get my cutter to work with my mac. works fine with my windows but illustrator is on my mac. Can anyone help me???
