Hi all, I have been using the serial cable that came with the unit. I needed a longer cable to relocate the cutter. I purchased a 15 foot, 9 pin serial cable (DB9). This new cable does not work. Is there a speacial cable that is used?. I have a refine mh721,, serial connection with supplied cable(works great, just a little short), and using windows xp. I have tried different com ports and still had no success. Any help or thoughts would be great. Thank You
