Jerry I loaded your fix and it works GREAT Thanks for all your help and to your programmers. It is great that SB has people that listen to their customer and fix/change the little things

no problem mike also other posts have a problem with the stand make sure that the flat sides are in and the cross bar flat is to the rear

I also went to the serial cable but still had the same problem thats when I reinstalled :clap: :clap:

there should be 6 metal rods, 2 straight and 4 that have 90 deg bends. The four with the 90 deg bends go through the stand and the two straight go through the basket. They join the 90 deg bends together

hi Enirocad I reloaded signblazer the day the chat line started and trashed the file I had all the problems with, rewrote it and all is well. Ken asked me what the problem was and my reply was ME. I checked the file and could not find a reson for the lack of cutting. The only thing that I could come up with is, I was the problem. I still have an issue with the buttons (extra i cant get rid of)

Hi tykite I tried endless differant fixes so I tried a file that I did when I frist got my laserpoint and it work fine so I trashed the files that would not cut. Redid the file I had the most problems with and it work fine :jumping: I guess that I would have to say that I was SCREWING something up( last time you will see me type that!!!).Thanks to all for your tips on cutting. I know there is a lot to learn so I'll be like a sponge and soak up all I can Thank again Eddie

HI Bruce i also have this problem but if i go to the toolbar (buttons) and tick help or content button the help file comes up. Im running XP Pro.Thanks for any and all help to all at signblazer Eddie

Hi Jerrry I could not tell you how I started to get the extra buttons but when I tried to remove them thats when I started to get way too many duplicates. I uninstalled then reinstalled signblazer extra buttons are gone now :woohoo: I still have a problem with the cutter not cutting the letter in the middle of the work .

HI Jerry just like edge says all you get is more buttons and when you move a duplicate button you get one more for your effort :crash:

Hi enviocad, I have the same problem with my lazerpoint have try 10 differant cable, redid the program, cut in landscape,removed borders. Ken told me to do the same with the cables. I thought I was the only one with this problem.That is till i read this. If you come up with a fix please let me and the rest of the world know. Thanks Eddie

I posted this same question in the general cat and have not seen ant anwser yet so I will try here. How do you remove extra or duplicate buttons from the tool bar. I have no problem putting them on I just cant figure how to remove them :throw:
