Is The Creation Pcut from the U K the same as Pcut from USCutter

Thanks for your help. Why is the stand so important? I keep reading "get the stand"........Is it needed for all cutters or just the Pcut?

Does the software work with the pcut also.......

Wanting to get a cutter to cut out stencils for airbrushing. saw on youtube folks useing this program and read it works for uscutters. any advice you can share will be great......
