been doing some research on buying shirts in bulk and my original plan was to buy like 200 shirts and then press the designs. but after reading tons of articles on this, i saw that it made more sense to just order shirts as i get orders. so where do you guys order your shirts at and what are some favorite brands? im just looking for normal short sleeve black and white t-shirts thanks kenny

not sure if this is the right section or not so if its not please re-direct me. i am somewhat new to cutting, along with illustrator. i have created an image in photoshop cs5 and then opened it in illustrator and saved it as an illustrator eps file. when i then try and open the eps file into signcut, signcut opens some block with a bunch of curved lines in it itstead of my image. thats really the best way i know how to describe it and hopefully someone knows what i am talking about or can better explain what i should be doing. thanks

ok i did the live trace thing and it traced it all for me. then i just save that?

no i didnt do that first. but a question to go along to your answer. if its just a solid color do i still have to trace it? i cant just select it somehow? the image i want to cut has quite a bit of curves and small sections that would be pretty hard to trace using the pen tool.

just installed sign cutter and when i put in my license number and hit next the computer just says that its loading. and it never stops. any ideas?

ok we got it passed that point. but now i am trying to get the keyspan situated. it says something about needing to hook it to the network. then it asks for a phone number, account name and password. ive tried both the router name and password and also the username for my computer and password. neither of those work. thats what the support person told me to use but then she had to go. and its still not connecting. i hit connect and it says connecting and then it says there was an error and did not connect

if i try to force close from the dock it still wont close. to get it to close i have to force shutdown the comp computer is a macbook (not pro) and thats all i really know. its the newest version

hello everyone. i just bought a uscutter mh365. when i went to install the drivers for it on my mac book i realized that the driver disc is the size of a blue ray disc. which will not work on a macbook because there is no cd tray that slides out of a mac for you to set the dics on. its just a slot that you slip the disc in. but the disc is so small that not only will the computer recognize to pull it in but also it would be nearly impossible to slide it in dead center. is there anyway for me to get the drivers online and just download them? thanks for the help

oh you were talking about the signblazer disc. do i need signblazer? or can i just download my free 1 year of signcut ?

on the link it said to pick what system i was running it on so i picked mac. im not sure if anything is working though. they need to make this shit more user friendly. peronally i think the users manual sucks. it doesnt even have full sentences and the pictures are below average quality

yea im connected to the internet. i enter the number. and i have the option of either hitting next which is what it says to do or i can click the button to the right of the the number which i think says internet proxy

anyone else have any idea of how i can fix this

thank you, i couldnt seem to find that on there site. 1 more question, i was looking at the cuttng software disc and it says "designed for windows" do i need to get something else to work on my mac?

oh and also if someone can tell me what the ground wire that came in a baggy with the cutter is for that would be great. the manual isnt very helpful
