    Figured it out. I am using the USB connection and I just had to turn on the cutter AFTER it was plugged in to computer.

    So, I just received my copam and I got the COM port driver, keyspan and keyspan driver, installed signcut, and then when I go to cut, nothing happens. Signcut just stalls and gives me the pinwheel. I know the cutter works because the test cut on the machine works very well, but if I tell the cutter to do anything from the computer, nothing happens. Anyone have any idea what is happening? And this shows up when I try to cut: elapsed time: 0:00:00 Estimated time: unknown Remaining time: unknown
