Hi all with my flexi sign my cutter is not cutting the right angle correctly. In the manual it says, please use the angle sharp compensation function. It appears to be cutting over (not straight lines(left with little tails on the letters) I have no idea how too find the sharp compensation functiom.

the compensation function sorry the right angle is not cut correctly, in the manual it says if the right angle is not cut correctly please use angle sharp compensation function then it says too select the high precision output i have had this plotter from new 4 years ago and never had a problem untill now SORRY

i have yet another problem? how do i change the compensation value? And when i have my cut/plot page up and it shows u what u are cutting mine has too be selected in reverse for it to cut normal

One more query oh master? in my cut/plot i have too cut in reverse to get it cut not in reverse?

it says the resolution is at 1016.000 steps/in what is that

it says knife offset is at 0.020 in what should it be i must say you r the master
