hi guys, I have been working on this problem and I have figured it out. It is not due to pressure, blade spinning or dept. It is due to the blade holder cap is not secured the o-ring that holds it down is not doing a good job. The cap moves back and forth causing the skip. To fix this add some Teflon tape or move the blade holder up on the clap so the clamp has a hold on the cap.

Thanks for the fast response. When you say resize it do yo mean the imported jpeg or the work area?

Hi guys, I got the contour cut of a text down. Now I can't figer out how to add a mask to a full color jpeg to print and cut. I attached a jpeg can anyone give me some help. Thanks, M

I'm having a hard time with letters not closing. I have read that adjusting the offset will help but I can't seem to find the setting on my LaserPoint. Any help will be appreciated.

I bought my laserpoint without a stand. Now I'm wishing that I have one. Does any one have one that they want to sell or know of where to get one. Thanks
