Here are the steps I took to load MichiganWolverines.zip 1. Unzip the file to a location on your hard drive. The unzipped file is MichiganWolverines.ai 2. Open Signblazer. Click File menu then the Import command. 3. Browse to the folder containing MichiganWolverines.ai 4. Select the file and click OK. 5. Click Use full postscript interpreter. File should now be loaded.

Make sure you are using the import command instead of open. I'm blocked from rapidshare at work but the 2nd file you attached imported just fine.

You can copy & paste from CorelDRAW to Signblazer.
-
Check the mouse driver software. It probably has certain actions assigned to the wheel.

I had the same problem with a refine mh721. The solution was to set the driver in signcut to refine 1 hpgl.

I don't know anything about Inkscape. It works pretty much the same in CorelDRAW. I'm not sure how it could be much easier. Just takes a couple of seconds.

If using Signblazer select the text then the node edit tool. Click and drag the lower right handle to space the text out more.

6.0.24 was the last update released for the USCutter version of Signblazer.

If you're using CorelDRAW X3 then open the fillet/scallop/chamfer docker under the window->docker menu.

How do I make long cuts with tiling??
pogo replied to Betterbait's topic in Copam Cutting Plotter Support Requests
If you want them in line why are you using tiles instead of just cutting the whole thing? I think tiles are meant to be used with registration marks to realign the image when your vinyl is not large enough to cut in one piece. If you're just wanting the image to cut in sections where the alignment doesn't get off, there's a setting in the cut dialog. I don't have the software on this computer so I don't know exactly what it is called. -
Text follow Arc works fine in the trial. Make sure you select the text first before picking the command.
-
Upload the Corel file.

Make sure the rectangle is large enough that the corner radius can be applied to it. If the rectangle is equal to or smaller than 2X the corner radius it will still create square corners.

Rollers are spitting vinyl out backwards at begging of Cut!!

On the Refine cutters, select the offline/pause button. Use the arrow keys to move the cutter head to where you wish to start cutting. Select the origin button to make this the new starting position.
